How are the online sessions held?

Online sessions are interactive with a teacher. Standard A1, A2, B1 and B2 include 5, 10, 15 and 20 sessions respectively, half the intensive allowance for the same level. Pay for and book additional sessions on the class booking page.

Does this course include an exam pass guarantee?

No, the standard course doesn't include an intensive contract or exam guarantee. For a pass guarantee, the intensive course at the same level is the right option.

What should I do between online sessions?

You practice using the targeted daily plan and use AI chatbots for review and repetition between sessions.

What happens if I miss an online session?

Support is available from 8 AM to midnight to help you catch up on missed material; coordinate with support for session make-up details.

BahnDeutsch purchase and platform terms

These terms govern purchases of BahnDeutsch educational services. Completing a purchase means the learner accepts the version displayed at checkout. That accepted version stays bound to that order; later versions do not apply retroactively.

1. Parties and subject

The provider is the BahnDeutsch institute. The subject is digital educational services (courses, platform access, learning content, and where purchased: chatbot, AI charge, bundles) and, for physical books, shipment as stated on the invoice.

2. Account and payment

Purchases are made from the buyer’s own account via the website’s official gateway. The invoice/system receipt figure is the final amount. Discount codes apply only if valid at payment time. A receipt is emailed to the account and should be kept.

3. Access

After successful payment, and if the separate immediate-activation request is accepted, digital access is granted according to the product. Duration follows the catalogue at purchase time and is recorded on the receipt.

4. Licence

Teaching content belongs to the institute. The learner receives a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for the purchased course and must not republish or share it with third parties.

5. Learner duties

The learner must keep account data accurate, use the account personally, and follow platform conduct rules.

6. Force majeure

Events beyond the parties’ control (widespread outages, platform incidents, natural disasters) adjust the schedule; neither party is liable for that delay.

7. Versioning

Each change to this text creates a new version. An order is bound only to the version viewed and accepted at purchase, whose full text is stored with the order.

8. Disputes

The parties first seek amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the matter may be referred to the competent authorities.

Refund, withdrawal and guarantee policy

This policy is frozen to the order that accepted it and does not apply retroactively to earlier orders.

A) Digital services

If the learner separately requests immediate activation, performance starts on confirmed payment. Because digital content then begins at the buyer’s express request, the distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to that digital service. Mid-course withdrawal follows section C and is not an automatic full refund.

B) Physical books

Unused, undamaged physical goods may be withdrawn within seven working days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s cost unless the seller is at fault. Any digital licence in the same order follows section A.

C) Mid-course withdrawal

If the learner withdraws mid-course, any discount is cancelled and settlement is based on the standard rate and services already delivered.

D) Intensive-course exam guarantee

Where an intensive course has a written educational contract, the exam-pass refund guarantee follows that order’s contract (institute obligations and learner conditions such as attendance, platform activity, assessments, and sitting the exam within the stated deadline). The guarantee requires full compliance with those obligations.

E) Instalments

The second instalment continues the original agreement. Newer site terms do not attach to that instalment.
